1.What is Life Span of Buddies Kombucha?

Although kombucha doesn't actually expire, we still put a "best before" label on our kombucha. That's because we can't guarantee it will have the same flavor, texture or alcohol content as the day it was bottled after six months go by.

2. Why should I refrigerate my Kombucha?

If it is not refrigerated, the content will become vinegary, continue to ferment and it will create more CO2. Remember Buddies Kombucha are Live & Natural.

3. Does refrigerating my Kombucha completely stops fermentation?

No. It only slows down the fermentation. There may be change in taste (as mentioned in #1)

4. It looks like there are some particles floating on my Kombucha?

Happy!!! It is proof that it is Live Kombucha with living probiotics in it. Do not worry. You can either consume them along with Kombucha or filter them depending upon your preference.

5. How much Kombucha can I drink on daily basis? When can I consume?

It is advisable to consume 500 ml to 1 L per day. There is no specific time for consuming.

6. Can my kid consume Kombucha?

Yes!!! Since kids organs are sensitive and this being a fermented drink it is advisable for kids above 3 years old.

7. Does my Kombucha contains Sugar & Caffeine?

The Sugar and Caffeine are for Yeats & Bacteria to feed and ferment. The final product has less than 1.5 gm (per 100 ml) of sugar.

8. I could feel the fizz in your Kombucha. Do you force carbonate?

No, we do not force carbonate any of our Buddies Kombucha. The fizziness is due to natural carbonation of our product. In case if you feel it is not fizzy just keep it in room temperature for 6-8 hours and move back to refrigerator to get the fizziness back.

9. What are the health benefits of Kombucha?

Buddies Kombucha is an energy drink with numerous health benefits. When you consume it regularly you can feel the difference in you metabolism, It primarily acts as an energizer, detoxifies Liver, strengthens your bone joints, and helps in digestion.

Note: Buddies Kombucha are brewed in a clean environment with no plastics used for fermenting. We use all natural and organic ingredients. Our product is tested by NABL Lab (as per FSSAI norms) with result ‘No artificial components or Alcohol content found’. We do not use any color agents.

10. Will the taste of my Kombucha vary from one batch to another?

Yes there may be minor variation due to environment and climatic factors at the time of ferment. Since we flavor our Kombucha with natural fruits there may be mild variation in taste due to the nature of fruits.
